Jo believes that the best solutions come from experienced, knowledgeable consultants working alongside internal change agents. Crucially, she tailors her support to meet the organisation’s specific needs and priorities. In practice, this means instructing, coaching and challenging executives to find the best solutions. She recognises that at the end of her support the organisation has to ‘own’ the solution and be committed to its maintenance and success. A consultant should look to pass on their knowledge so that the organisation does not become dependent.
Jo works with a network of talented and experienced professionals that can deliver a range of human capital and talent service to organisations and individuals. Her approach delivers a flexible, personalised service that can only be provided by small, client-centric teams.
